Mirroring your large touch screen or projector
Power on your screen or projector. Click on the dashed icon to the left side of the date time on the top menu (upper right hand side of the screen). Next click on the two overlappig squares show bottom right.
Once clicked you should see an Apple TV labeled with your school’s initials and room number. (e.g., DES-RM101) Click on your device to connect. The first time you mirror to your Apple TV it will ask for a four-digit code. You can see the code displayed on the device your apple TV is connected to. Once connected and if you have multiple displays (more than just the laptop screen) you will need to select which screen you’d like mirrored to the Apple TV.

First you select what you would like to show and then you click “Choose Display” and then look at the top of the various screens you have available. On the top right of each display, you will see the following button
Click the “Mirror Entire Screen” button and in a moment you should see that screen on your touch screen or projector. If you don't see any images make sure you have the right media input select (HDMI1 - HDMI2) if applicable.
