I can't generate images with Adobe Firefly

If you are getting an error when trying to generate images that says you don't have access and should contact your administrator to request access, this is likely because you are selecting an image generation model that is not included in our plan.

At the time of writing this article, we have access to the Firefly Image 3 and Firefly Image 4 models (this will change over time), but the image generator defaults to the latest premium version. To get around thiis, you can simply select a different model from the model dropdown box. Note that models with the little crown next them are premium, and not included in our plan.

Note: Each user is granted generation credits on a monthly basis. You can check your remaining credits and when they renew by clicking on your profile icon at the top right of the screen.
